Me: "Well, I'll see you Monday or Tuesday, likely. I'm off to visit my thirty-fourth state!"
Friend: "Wait... you keep track?"
Me: "Yeah, I've been to thirty-three states, plus D.C."
Friend: "And you know this just off the top of your head?..."
Me: "Yeah. Isn't that cool?!"
Apparently not.
